ROAST: Medium + Dark Blend  Notes of: Milk Chocolates, Brown Sugar, Caramel, Raisin ORIGINS: Brazil, Colombia Initial thoughts: Chocolatey, a bit nutty with great acidity and balance   Our roaster had two kids, two jobs, and no business roasting coffee that morning. Lucky for all of us, he did. The accidental result? Hangover Blend. It's smooth, sweet, and surprisingly brilliant. With cozy notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and raisin, this blend goes down easy when nothing else will. For mornings when water, aspirin, and sheer willpower just won’t cut it.
