This unique coffee is crafted in La Sierra through Proyecto Renacer, where Jhonatan and Cristian Raigosa have developed a special fermentation protocol. The cherries are harvested at peak ripeness, sorted carefully, then pulped and fermented for an impressive 300 hours in their own mucilage.
