Custom Coffin Nail Cross Earring

This is a custom listing for a single coffin nail cross earring. Please do not purchase unless it was intended for you. This coffin nail is cast in white bronze* using the lost wax casting method. Real coffin nails from the 1800's were molded to create wax duplicates that were then hand cut, carved, and manipulated into this cross. So much of the beautiful nail detail is captured in the casting and lots of texture shows even after a good polish, but the nooks and crannies are what make it unique! Earring measures about 80mm long. *White bronze may contain trace amounts of nickel up to 2%. Please be aware of this, especially if you have any nickel allergies. Please take certain precautions to protect the integrity of your jewelry! Do not submerge in water, swim, or bathe with it on as this could potentially wear on the surface - especially with chlorine or salt water.
