Pendant is an animal tooth cast in silver from a real tooth using the lost wax casting method. Tooth measures about 13mm long. All pendants are oxidized before being carefully burnished/polished. This step brings out the glimmering silver along the edges while the surface remains a shadowy grey that highlights the organic texture of the piece. Hangs from an 18" antique silver rollo chain with sterling jump rings and sterling lobster clasp enclosure. The chain is sterling plated base metal that is finished with an antiquing process to mimic the look of vintage jewelry, Every pendant is handmade and may have minor variations. Each is completely unique and will vary slightly piece to piece.
