Metals 2: Stone Earrings: Posts and Drops: February 22 from 9:30-5:30

Learn how to make beautiful matched pair stone earrings with posts and custom ear-wires! At the end of class students will have learned both techniques and will leave with one pair of sterling silver bezel-set stone post or drop earrings. We will cover: Bezel sizing and fitting Bezel soldering Soldering posts Soldering ear-wire Forming ear-wire Cabochon setting Polish and finish work Details:  Sunday, February 22 from 9:30-5:30 8 contact hours, ages 14+ at the Silver Peak Jewelry Arts located at 100 E. Cleveland St. Lafayette 80026 # students: 3 minimum, 6 maximum Materials kit fee is dependent on amount of silver used, and will be weighed at $3/gram.  We have a variety of matched-pair stones for you to purchase starting at $20, or you can bring your own matched pair. Materials fee will be due by the end of class via cash, check, or Venmo.
