Coffee Toffee Syrup

In my never ending search for unusual syrup flavors, I recently ordered a cup of fresh, Ohio roasted, fair trade coffee at Local Roots in Wooster, Ohio. Then it hit me.....Coffee Syrup! What could be better on a bowl of ice cream? Wait, I know, toffee and coffee syrup on vanilla ice cream, or in your coffee, or on your waffee. This could be the last syrup you ever buy! Wait....that's not good.
