Beginning with fresh green tea, the initial step involves wok-frying to arrest oxidation, followed by rolling, wilting, and another round of drying. In the last phase of production, the tea is expertly pressed into the distinctive "Song Zhen" (Pine Needles) shape as preferred by the locals.
