Sign-Up / Raffle Pad

Sign-Up / Raffle Pad format for signing up participants in events, outings, tournaments, parties, or so many other uses.   Sign-Up / Raffle format features spaces for 120 names in three columns of 40. Each entry line measures 5-1/2" wide by 1/2" high (14 x 1 cm), and each space is numbered (1-120). There is a 3-5/8" header (9 cm) at the top for event or sign-up information, announcements, prize pictures, etc. Keep all your league, outing & event sign-ups organized and on public display. Numbered for raffles, drawings, etc. Many other uses: sign-up for trips, meals, contests, game nights, banquet sign-ups... Our Pads measure 18" x 24" (46 x 61 cm), padded in quantities of 25 sheets. They are printed in medium blue ink on premium quality cover-weight paper with a silk finish. This paper is sturdy like business card stock, and permanent marker ink will not bleed through.
