Tucker Oak Earrings

These earrings were made by encasing real Tucker Oak leaves in recycled copper. Its a process we do in the studio called electroforming. Did you know there are over 600 species of Oak trees? Rad. To read the very interesting full article go here. Electroforming is a process where we take copper from a sacrificial anode and deposit it onto our organic material using an electrical current.
