Mocha Java blends of coffee began appearing in Europe in the late 1700's as an extension to customers of the coffees that were available to them. The blends were comprised of Java coffee, from Indonesia, and Mocha coffee, from Yemen. In the United States, traditionally, coffees from South and Central America are quite prevalent. So our blend adds this taste profile to this classic blend. Light roasted Colombian coffee beans are added to the Mocha and Java beans to produce a very flavorful, medium, full-bodied cup.Like all our decaffeinated coffees, this Decaf Mocha Java Blend is 100% high-grown Arabica bean, which is decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Method.
