Iced Tea Blend Tea

One of Mr. Vail's 15 original tea blends. This old-time formula incorporates Ceylon, China and Indian teas, with a splash of bergamot, to make a bright amber cup with a smooth well-rounded taste. The subtle citrus notes make this an ideal blend for iced tea! Ingredients: Black teas and natural bergamot oil. Brew tea at 212º - steep for 3 minutes. To make the perfect glass of iced tea:Put approximately ½ ounce (¼ cup) of loose tea into a small container. Pour boiling water over the tea to cover. Let steep 5 minutes, strain out leaves into a ½ gallon (8 cup) container and add cold water to fill.
