Italian Carved Wood "Grotto" Table

18th century Rococo table, with gabrielle legs, of a style that was popular in the 17th and 18th centuries and used within follies and or shell grottos.   Note, top is of a later date, late 19th century.  The original tabletop may have been of stone, as often these were used in garden follies or grotto cave settings on estates.  Measures : 35" H x 40" W and 15" D  Note:  This item requires freight shipping at additional cost.
