Kraut-Chi - Mediterranean

Kraut-Chi is a hybrid of Kimchi and Kraut, using Sauerkraut's traditional ingredients and applying traditional Kimchi ferment making techniques.  Our clean ingredient list is longer than traditional sauerkraut and it creates more exciting and complex flavor, Gamchil-Mat (aka Umami flavor) Kraut-Chi Mediterranean was the last flavor profile we came up with developing  'Kraut-Chi' line  but ended up one of the best selling products. We wonder It's because we use a lot of fresh garlic?  Oregano and rosemary pair well together themselves and both are believed to have health benefits such as anti-inflammatory and anti oxidant. From the first bite, you'll notice 'Oh, Mediterranean!'   The way to enjoy this Kraut-chi is endless.  Start with sandwich or hotdog. How about Muffuletta, Gyro, or Corned beef sandwich?
