We blended premium Cabernet Sauvignon with Zinfandel and Syrah to create a wine that lingers on the palette. Our hand-selected Lodi California grapes are then aged up to 4 months in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. This Bourbon Barrel aging draws out unique flavors and textures, creating a full-bodied, smooth wine. Profile The garnet color leads to blended berry flavors and aromas with vanilla, caramel, and oak. There is a hint of pepper, creating a smooth, complex wine.  Pair Excellent with bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, a juicy grilled burger and pasta with Bolognese sauce. The perfect wine to serve with a charcuterie board.
