Tulsi Mint

Tulsi Mint is an earthy, balancing, refreshing blend for balance and energy.  It combines gunpowder green tea, spearmint, peppermint, Tulsi, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, licorice and thyme.  Tulsi Mint also contains Brahmi, which is used in Ayurveda to nourish the nerves.  Sweeten to taste with natural sugar.   2 oz. of this blend makes approximately 14 cups of tea.     Energetics: This is a tridosha tea which is simultaneously warming and cooling in energy.     Benefits: Promotes balance Aids digestion Promotes circulation Deepens breath Antioxidants   Brewing Instructions: Fill tea bag to taste, using the minimal amount necessary to get the tea strength that you like.  Steep for 5-7 minutes.
