These Nicaraguan coffee beans are poured into airtight whiskey barrels, where they are then saturated with the delightful flavor and aroma of whiskey for weeks at a time. When the time comes for roasting, organic cinnamon and vanilla beans are added to the whiskey infused green coffee beans for a second infusion. During the roasting process the beans are naturally flavored.
