Country Cleanse

You ever ate too much of a good thing too many times? Well this cleanse has senna in it, a natural herb that works as a laxative. Drink it at night for morning relief.  Oh yea, it tastes good too. Servings 20-25 cups Ingredients Apple pieces, hibiscus, senna leaves, rosehip, pomegranate pieces Steeping Instructions Heat water to a boil, add one tablespoon of loose leaf tea to your tea ball, french press, or Kuerig(use tea adapter) steep 3-5 mins
