Sticky Rice Oolong

Sticky Rice Oolong is a unique type of tea made using a combination of Oolong tea processing techniques and Nuo Mi Xiang leaves, which naturally emit a fragrance akin to rice. When steeped, the tea exhibits a stronger rice aroma compared to its dry form, resulting in a flavorful combination of rice pudding and oolong. Although traditionally made with green tea, using Jin Xuan Oolong produces equally, if not better, results. This specialty tea is typically found in northern Thailand.
