With the items being handmade, slight imperfections may occur. These imperfections make your tumbler uniquely yours and will not affect the stability and durability of your tumbler in any way. As each tumbler is hand made for you, I do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds. If your tumbler is damaged during shipping you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or repairs. I currently offer a roughly 3-6 week turnaround on all custom tumbler orders once paid. This does not include shipping times. Epoxied Tumblers should be handled with care. Care instructions are included with each tumbler and include hand washing only, and avoidance of extreme hot/cold temperatures.
