The winch is to be used with the Round Pole 2 3/8 , or Round Pole 1.9 inch as well as the 2inch Square Pole when the product you are lifting is too heavy for counterweights.  It is easy to install with the 2 pole clamps and the cable and hook to attach to the Racks to go up and down the pole.Winch Details:3.1:1 Gear Ration, 600 lbs Gear Winch, 8m long cable or 26ft long, cable dia. 4.2mm or .165 inches or 3/18.1" Dia Galvanized Steel Cabel with Mooring Hook equipped with a Saftey Pawl. As with anything you are lifting above your head you must check all cables and connections before you use the winch.
