The XR-Series from LOWE® The Classic Series drive units have features not found even on competitor’s more costly products. Five models are available to best match your machinery and applications. The XR-Series trenching attachments boast significant improvements in terms of power, resilience, and productivity compared to previous models. Standard features include a 50,000 lb. (22,680 kg) digging chain, removable double-flighted spoil auger, self-aligning boom with greased cylinder tensioning system, tapered roller bearings in the nose, extended-life boom roller, and elevated operating pressure tolerance. The center trench position is optimal for most situations and the maximum performance. However, you can also employ manual side-shift, or even the optional hydraulic side shift, when you must trench closer to a building or object.
