Glycolic acid 40%, Kojic acid 30%, and 10% Hydroquinone, 10% Alcohol and 10% Water. A chemical tonic for superior skin whitening exfoliating treatment and booster for areas with dullness. This tonic is concentrated and may be diluted with 5% distilled water prior to use on sensitive skin.
