Dip the bag in water for added weight and re-throw until you reach your target   TO REPACK DO NOT coil or wrap around arm - this will cause tangles in the rope. Feed the rope into bag a bit at a time, starting with the end attached inside the bag Layer the rope on top of itself to prevent tangling Stuff the knot down into the bag with the rest of the rope, and cinch the bag closed   CARE INSTRUCTIONS Clean off any sand or dirt after use If rope has been used in salt water conditions, rinse thoroughly with fresh water after use Let the rope dry before repacking, and do not store in damp conditions to avoid mold developing Inspect for damage before and after each use WARNING: The thrower and target should NOT wrap rope around their hands, neck or body.
