Used Stubben Virginia 17.5"/28cm Dressage Saddle

This used Stubben Virginia dressage saddle is in good condition with moderate signs of wear. The saddle features a dual-flap design, two long billets, fixed blocks under padded flaps, and wool-flocked panels. Soft doubled leather. Made in Germany in 2016                     Seat: 17.5" Flap: 17" Color: Black  Serial #: D 1185521        The tree is 28 cm, which is considered Medium.      Is this saddle a good option for my horse?
