Using FDF’s patented Twin Tank Adjustable Fluid Resistance system, the P928 offers 10 levels of semi-isokinetic resistance that allow users to control the speed, resistance, and range of motion for cardio, power, strength, or speed training. Its concentric-only resistance eliminates the risks of decelerating weights, making it ideal for both sports performance and rehabilitation applications. With three resistance attachment options (50%, 100%, and 200% of the tank setting), the P928 accommodates a wide variety of exercises, from light, high-volume movements to challenging high-load posterior chain exercises.
