This limited-edition applewood smoked sea salt was made in collaboration with Old York Historical Society, using wood from a fallen apple tree at the Perkins House Museum, a historic home along the banks of the York River. The tree, dating to the 1880s, toppled during a recent storm. A portion of the proceeds from this special salt supports Old York.
