Located at a breathtaking altitude of 1700 meters above sea level, the farm spans 13 hectares and boasts rich volcanic soils ideal for coffee cultivation. Under the careful stewardship of grower Julian Hernandez, La Estrella flourishes with diverse coffee varietals like Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Wush Wush, and the star of this offering – Pacamara. This natural processed Pacamara coffee undergoes a meticulous selection process. Ripe cherries are handpicked and floated in water tanks to separate the highest quality beans from any imperfections. The chosen cherries embark on a 100-hour fermentation journey in 100-liter barrels, unlocking their hidden flavors.
