Led by head coach Tom Izzo and the “Flintstones”, Michigan State won a share of the Big Ten regular season championship, the Big Ten Tournament, and earned a #1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. The Spartans defeated Valparaiso, Utah, Syracuse, and Iowa State en-route to the Final Four. After beating Big Ten conference foe Wisconsin in the National Semifinals, State brought home the schools 2nd National Championship two days later against Florida.  "It's a bond that will never be broken.
