Locking Leather Kitten Collar - Fuzzy Leopard Print

This collar features a black inner layer of real leather, with an outer layer of fuzzy leopard-printed "fur". A small O-Ring mounted to a swivel post at the front of the collar serves as a convenient attachment point for a leash or ID tag. The rear buckle on this collar can be locked with a small pad lock (not included) Dimensions: This collar is roughly 20.5 inches long and 1 inch wide. It will adjust from roughly 14 inches in circumference up to 18 inches in circumference.
