The top panel features silky-soft organic cotton sateen quilted to a generous 2.4 lbs per linear yard of pure, tested EcoWool. The sides are quilted organic cotton and wool, finished with a high-quality zipper closure that allows you to open, adjust, or replace your natural latex cores at any time. This outer is designed to protect and encase the layers of your organic latex mattress, offering a polished, durable finish while maintaining total purity for those with chemical sensitivities or MCS.
