We harvest the lavender at its peak and immediately dry the bundles in the dark to keep the best color and scent. The uses for these buds are endless, from arrangements to shower steaming to using the buds for culinary delights—the list goes on and on. If the scent seems to be getting faint, just give the buds a squeeze, and the scent will last and last.   HAND HARVESTED AT THE PEAK TIME We harvest each of our lavender plants by hand.They are taken directly from the field to our drying area and hung for a minimum of 6 weeks in this dry, dark area.
