SpectraComp® Controls are precision engineered single stain cell mimics designed to optimize spectral unmixing and compensation in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. These controls mimic the staining performance of real cells and provide positive and negative fluorescence peaks after staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies. Each control captures antibodies from mouse, rat and hamster sources, supporting broad panel compatibility and diverse fluorophore selections. With high fluorescence response and cell like autofluorescence, SpectraComp delivers superior signal to noise resolution and reduces errors associated with spectral overlap. Its consistent fluorescence intensity and physiologically relevant scatter characteristics outperform traditional polystyrene based beads while preserving the behavior of cell based controls.
