SpectraComp® Flex XT

SpectraComp® Flex XT Controls are precision engineered single stain cell mimics designed to optimize compensation and support accurate spectral unmixing in multiparameter flow cytometry workflows. These controls mimic the staining performance of real cells and provide a clear positive fluorescence histogram after staining with fluorescently conjugated antibodies. With high fluorescence response and cell-like autofluorescence, SpectraComp Flex XT delivers the superior signal to noise resolution characteristic of all SpectraComp Controls. The consistent fluorescence intensity and physiologically relevant scatter characteristics of these controls outperform traditional polystyrene based beads and support reliable compensation and unmixing across instruments and platforms.
