TruCytes™ BCMA Quant Controls are precision engineered synthetic cell mimics designed to support CAR‑T potency assessment through targeted BCMA specific activation, cytokine release and biomarker driven assay development. Each kit enables baseline, enhanced and negative activation profiles of BCMA directed CAR‑T cells during antigen engagement. Unlike cell controls, TruCytes Potency BCMA provides consistent antigen expression and reproducible activation characteristics that remove the variability associated with donor derived materials. These lyophilized synthetic cells feature selected biomarkers that support stable potency evaluation and streamlined assay optimization across experiments and platforms.
