About Rideau Roastery: Named after the region where we live in Canada, Rideau Roastery (pronounced Ree-dough) has been craft roasting the finest coffee beans since 2014.  Only the highest-grade Fair Trade and Organic green beans are shipped from around the world to our little roastery, where we use our special roast profiles to produce high-quality single origin roasts and custom flavoured blends.  We ship whole beans so that our customers can enjoy the pleasure of a delicious cup of coffee brewed from freshly ground beans.  We hope you enjoy the coffee as much as we do!   Guatemalan This Fair Trade, Organic bean is sourced from the mountains of Guatemala.  It is roasted medium to enhance the subtle chocolate and nutty undertones.  Makes the perfect cup for a lazy Saturday morning. Roasted in a facility that contains nut products. Ethiopia Sidama- Dark Roast From the birthplace of coffee where the goats taught us caffeine was oh so good, this dark roast maintains bright citrus notes. R
