Demeter certified Biodynamic. Notes of cherry blossoms, apple skin, cara cara oranges zest, pomegranate seeds, suede tannins, and earl grey. These grapes are sourced from Dundee Hills AVA in Willamette Valley, Oregon. This former walnut orchard was cleared by hand by Chris Mazepink, the winegrower and winemaker, along with his sons Archer and Charles. Chris utilizes Old World fermentation vessels such as concrete tanks from Italy to produce wines of authenticity and a sense of place.
