85% Tumaco | coconut sugar

With a rich caramel base note, the quiet creeping hint of whiskey unfolds the longer we let each piece of our 85% Tumaco melt on the palate. With no added cocoa butter, no lecithins, no milk fat or other 'stuff', the naturally slow melt creates a dance between flavors. Keep in mind: much like our 70% dark version of this bar, there is no actual whiskey contained herein. It's just a tasting note. And there's no right or wrong, no "true" or proper way to describe the flavor. It's all subjective. And still. . . We love the gentle, molasses-forward sweetness that slowly lingers. Like lying down to a warm, recently dog-cuddled pillow, only to flip it over and reveal the crisp underside. A whole new bed. A whole new flavor.
