Blotto's Phone Book

Welcome to Blotto’s Phone Book, one hundred forty-two image-filled pages that demonstrate and explain how to create, compose, and capture quality photos with your smartphone. According to Blotto: I’ve carried around this pocket-computer for the better part of decade, but it wasn’t until the last three years when I began to use my phone on a regular basis for picture taking. As I posted these images onto social media, the feedback was consistently positive, many of whom asking what camera I was using to gather the photos. Responding time and time again it was simply the in-phone camera app (not a camera and lens), I began the thought process and collection of photographs to build a book that would encourage, teach, and empower peoples’ interest in photography, using just their phone. Every photograph in this book was captured with the stock smartphone camera.
