Poached Pear Jam

Poached pear lovers, this one’s for you. We’ve taken everything you love about that elegant, classic dessert and transformed it into a jam, complete with a stunning red hue that looks as good as it tastes. We use hand-selected fresh pears, then soak them in our favorite Cabernet Sauvignon for 48 hours to let them soak up all that deep color and rich, fruity flavor. The result is a lush, wine-kissed jam with warming spice and a smooth finish. Perfect on a cheese board, layered into pastries, or simply spooned onto toast when you’re feeling a little fancy.
