The familiar taste of natural Ethiopian coffee is truly something special. We especially love Shoondhisa for the clarity and nuanced flavor found in the cup. We get notes of strawberry and milk tea. The aftertaste is quite sweet with notes of cocoa.  Ture Waji, affectionately nicknamed the “King of Guji” is an expert when it comes to coffee growing and production. Founded in late 2018/early 2019
