Country: Ethiopia Region: Oromia Zone: Guji Woreda: Shakisso Kebele: Hangadhi Sub-Kebele: Tima Variety: Gibirinna 74110 & Serto 74112 Elevation: 2,000-2,150 masl Process: Washed. Fully ripe cherry was pulped using a Penagos eco-pulper. The coffee was then fermented/soaked in water for 12 hours before being removed to drying tables. Nicknamed the "King of Guji", Ture has supreme expertise when it comes to farming and producing coffee in the Guji zone. We are thrilled to offer yet another amazing coffee from Ture and his team at Sookoo. Tima is an especially exciting lot.
