Tayebo hails from Gomma Ethiopia and is a member of the Tokuma Farmer Group, a group focusing on producing transparent and quality coffee out of Jimma. We have purchased coffee from other members of this group for the past couple of years, namely, coffees from Nesru and Mohammad and so we are excited to add another coffee from a member of the group to our menu. An ode to kicking off the summer season just right, we start with Tayebo’s coffee. Bringing us much joy with a classical citrus and floral flavor profile; this coffee is clean, crisp and exhibits soft aromatics. On the nose, you might smell the florality of Chrysanthemum and Lavender.
