Black Velvet Blazer

Here's a comfortable, lined, attractive topper to a tee, cami, turtleneck or just about anything you want to dress up.  The dark Black Velvet Blazer is true to size, even slightly bigger, so if you are between sizes, size down.  It has a shaped waistline but not at all tight or confining, and one button with long sleeves, which can be cuffed.  I claimed my own right out of the box on this one:)  In SML.
