This tasty, meaty tomato comes from the Black Sea region of Russia. where tomatoes are serious business. Large round fruits ripen to a deep red color and weigh up to a pound. The interior flesh is often lime green and scarlet, making for one psychedelic slice. Flavor is full-bodied, complex, and intense as with most black tomatoes, though this one is early as well. Outstanding for sandwiches, showy in salads, it makes everyone happy. Black Sea Man is determinate, still the fruits ripen early, delivering hefty flavorful fruit.
