Smoked Wild Alaska Salmon Sampler

Our smoked salmon is truly a treat. It's smoked locally in Homer, Alaska by fellow fisherman Penelope Haas. When she's not smoking fish, Penelope runs her own fishing boat, the F/V Kustatan out of Cook Inlet, AK.  Vacuum packed and frozen in approximately 5 oz. portions  5 lbs.= approx. 16 pieces; $14.50/piece 10 lbs.= approx. 32 pieces; $12.50/piece No cooking is necessary before eating- just thaw and enjoy! Smoked salmon is the perfect snack on the run. We throw a piece in our backpacks when we go on adventures. Salty, slightly sweet salmon really hits the spot!  Smoked salmon is also excellent when added to creamy pasta, soups, and frittatas. Smoked salmon dip is delicious too. Free shipping on all orders!
