Custom Shapes - Laser Cut Blanks

Use the dropdown to select your material, size and email us (info@smashinginkvinyl.com) the file of the shape you are wanting or leave a note. Shapes MUST be single color designs or one solid shape for it to be something we can cut. All our laser blanks are cut in house and are made to order. Material Options: 1/8 inch Cast Acrylic - This is the industry standard option for making keychains and other accessories. It is also known as plexiglass. The acrylic will come with a mask on both sides to protect it before use. Mask may be a clear or paper film. This material can be sublimated but images will be transparent so it works best on white acrylic. NOTE: Silver Holographic Glitter cannot be sublimated. Choose from clear, color/frosted, or glitter/specialty. Use the "Acrylic Choice" dropdown to select your color. Please only pick a color that corresponds to your material option.
