First-flush, stone-milled matcha from Kyoto and Shizuoka is naturally sweet and smooth. With notes of crème anglais, edamame, and sage it's the crème of the spring crop. About the stone-milled process: The stone mill is the most traditional and authentic way to produce matcha. This matcha is made from the tender first flush leaves of spring and made in a stone mill, an intentionally slow process the protects the nutrients and brilliant green color of the leaves.Approximately 15 servings per tin.
