41" Diameter By 104" Long Propane Tank Reverse Flow Smoker With Warmer, Insulated Fire Box, And Squared Doors

This smoker has it all! You can build this smoker using half of a 1000 gallon propane tank or any 41 inch diameter tank that is at least 41 inches diameter and 104 inches long with the deep hemispherical tank heads.  This smoker plan features an insulated fire box, a warming cabinet, and 2 french style opening doors that swing horizontally and open the full width of the cooking chamber racks. The latch system drawings are included and can be built using steel you have laying around.
