This is one heck of a smoker! We designed this smoker for Jason R. of Texas. Jason will be using this smoker for his BBQ competition team. He wanted the stability of a Reverse Flow smoker along with the versatility of an Offset style smoker. This smoker boasts a perfectly sized warming cabinet with damper controls, a firebox to cook chamber damper, a log rack, an ash pan, 2 smoke stacks for use in either mode of operation, and removable tuning plates that can be slid tight together for Reverse Flow operation. 17 Pages Long!
