Heavy Duty Smoker Strap Door Trim Hinge Set

This Heavy Duty Smoker Door Hinge Set Is Designed For Stick Burner Smokers with Strap Style Door Trim. These can be used for small patio or large 1000 gallon smokers. We even use them on our firebox doors! Use quantities of 2 units per door   Each unit purchased includes 3 identical hinge plates intended to be used as shown in picture of top view   Approximately 1 ¾ inches of clearance between the inside heels of the hinges to allow for 1 ½ inch door trim strap   Can be used as shown in the sample picture with ½ inch round bar for looks or even just a ½" bolt. Simply assemble the 3 parts with a ½" bolt to hold them together, set in place, and weld to your door and door jamb. TIP: use a business card between the parts for clearance during installation to prevent them from binding up. Let completely cool after welding before removing business cards.  *** Note:  Order 2 quantity per door.
